Puerto Ricans and Cubans are not who you think of when you think of an illegal at the corner waiting for labor. But regardless of the fact that most, if not all have legal status; one could see that they are still living in harsh conditions.. so stop blaming the "bad neighborhoods" on Latinos, and blame it on the socio-economic aspect of it.
