I think that the issue right now is the statement some senators make about first securing the border before even considering the DREAM Act, if the border security amendment is added to the bill, I don't care as long as we are able to adjust status, then we will be able to have better footing when it gets time to consider a more comprehensive immigration reform and actually organize if we want to in a more visible manner.

There are some senators that are making statements of how they are one track minded, how you should do one thing and do it well rather then do two things and they are going along immigration with the idea that the border should be protected first before anything at all is considered for the immigrants already in this country.
