People will tell you to get married but isn't easy as you think. I have experiences with this.

Also, getting married for papers is illegal and can get you banned from the USA for good.

Lets say a girl/guy falls in love with a USC girl/guy and the USC girl/guy may think this person is marrying me for papers and not love. Relationship then gets complicated.
