yup. I have a hacked HD2 running froyo 2.2 and a Nexus ROM. Got the phone for $200 and i'm on Tmobile $50 data/min prepaid . If you have a non Android phone, give XDA developers a shot, u might be able to port Android to it. It's incredible.
