You are right, I am actually all down with this plan. If it passes or it does not pass, we should make it a priority not just to let our family members and anyone we know is sympathetic to the DREAM Act to vote for someone else, but we have been following the senate very closely, we have been seeing who stands for america and who stands for the riches 0.1% of americans (and not all of them either just the greedy ones).
I say regardless of what happens we should ensure that the culprits of passing bills that could have a real potential of hurting the economy of this country is refreshed when the presidential election circuit and elections in general start gaining momentum in 2011.
They are gambling with this country and their battle is a losing one, but I think their real intentions is to bet on the american public that is not following news now and will only consider the current events when they make their decisions.
What they will see are unemployment benefits expiring when the presidential election gains momentum and major deficits created by the tax cuts on the super rich.
We should not only ensure our friends are better informed before going making their choice for representation but the public in general.
