"Bring up" or "introducing" do not mean that it will get voted immediately. As we know, there has been introducing of DA many times, and we waited many years to get it voted.

I am saying, yea DA will get passed eventually, but it is not gonna happen any time soon. For those of you who are turning into 30's, we have to make quick decision of what to do. At least get Bachelor or Master degrees while we are here at US and find a better future elsewhere. I am just giving out realistic advice, because decision is very complicated for South Korean males who must serve mandatory military.
