Needs to cut back on spending and tear up all these awful trade agreements with other countries that have done nothing but take our jobs and make us less competitive.The only people that do well in these trade deals are huge multi national corporations that is it. Right now there is some 19 billion dollars cash the Dow 30 companies are holding onto and not hiring people with that should show what this crap is about.
