1. No you won't get deported. Worst case scenario you will get a ticket for no license and the infraction ohh and they will impound your vehicle.

2. You will just have to appear to court or simply pay the ticket.

Source..?? Own experience- I have been pulled over 3 years and only impounded my vehicle once. As long as you drive safe you wont have a problem. Also be careful friday and saturday nights for those "DUI" checkpoints.
