Thanks for the explanation LuckyGirl. Obama can delay the implementation of Real ID all he wants, it'll eventually be implemented; he needs to develop a backbone and for once stand up for the most disadvantaged group of immigrants in the country and tackle Immigration Reform. Passing Immigration Reform and implementing Real ID concurrently makes more sense (at least to me).
