Abort if you need to, why make your life more complicated? Ignore people who bring up the moral or religious aspects of having an abortion, those ideas are never in tune with reality so don't let them influence your emotions. Instead think rationally and think how bringing an unplanned baby into the world can negatively affect both of your lives. There's no shame in doing what's best for you.
