She knows how to use condoms and her guys know how to also. She just gets very clingy and assumes that the guy is "the one" and she ends up barebacking assuming she is on the pill or he's gonna pull out or it "just happens". She's intelligent but she makes dumb decisions. It's not always about being "too dumb to understand how a condom works". smh
