I can say that Baruch is a VERY immigrant/undocumented friendly school (as with all CUNYS). Depending on your academic stance, you may be eligible for some certain scholarships (there's usually at least 1 that they come out with every semester, but it's pretty competitive). I think undocumented students are only eligible at the in-state tuition level. In any case, go to the admissions office and tell them the deal. The most you'll probably have to do is sign an affidavit stating you will adjust as soon as you can. In terms of reputation, Baruch has an excellent business school at it's value. It is also the most well funded within the CUNY. Come to Baruch
