Don't be scared. Just refer to the link to the thread i provided previously. I followed what the poster recommended and it worked perfectly. Putting a SSN is optional (really because there are a lot of foreigners who take the exam in the US w/out ssn). They fingerprint you when you go to sit for the exam, but they don't run it through any type of database or anything. However, you do need official ID. I used non-expired non-US passport, which was fine.
