I'm not sure about how long it will all take, but if you can find an company that could employ you first (assuming this is what you're after) before moving to your own country to get a visa, it would be the best route to take. Most companies will release statements that they have hired you and when you can start and you could request to have it sent to you in writing. You could then use that document to apply a working visa when you get home. If you can prove to the embassy that you have a job waiting abroad, it would be faster for them to grant you a visa.
