I left that place very pissed off; I know for a fact she isnt the manger because a manager wouldnt be working as cashier during graveyard shift. I want to put a complaint on that bitch, but Im not sure where to start. I was thinking of either calling the real manger, or the board of tourism. what do you guys think I should do??

ive also have bought alcohol before at a savemart with a passport with out a problem. but the thing was that this savemart was right across a university and my cousin who works there told me that the reason why they accept it was because they knew that there would be foreign students wanting to buy alcohol and the only vaild id they probably have would be a foreign passport therefore they made it was acceptable.
but did they really accept your marticula before?
by any chance does anyone know if supermarkets or if liquor stores in southern cali especially around the san fernando valley accept marticulas or passports to buy alcohol?
