Remember, the version that was voted down in the senate and passed in the house....was alright. However, I believe that the other version which has a ton of limitations and it's a bit harsher, has a better shot of passing.
This is what I believe will happen in November:
Dems lose 3 seats in the senate but keep control of the senate. The house is up in the air ----it all depends on the unemployment rate. Obama will win re-election and will push for CIR after 2 years but congress will remain deadlocked.
As I've said in other threads, I think the Dream Act will pass in about 4 years--I seriously doubt it will pass sooner than that.......I hope I'm wrong.
Trust me, it's better to be realistic than to dream all your life. I've waited for the DA since 2001; I'm now 26 years old!!!!!!!!!
Always have a plan B and research job opportunities in other countries such as Canada.
Let's see what happens in November.
My advice for you is to get at least a Bachelors and if nothing happens by the time you graduate, I'll see you in Canada.

Two words: Arms act.
If what you say is true about Dems. and Obama, I prefer Santorum or Newt with a Republican controlled House and Senate, so shit can finally be done.
IF what you say is true, I think Republicans should be given a shot. They'll get the Arms Act through.
