I'll give you the piece of advise I wished someone would have given me: just leave. Don't turn back, nothing else matters, just you. Go make a life for yourself in your home country, Australia, Canada, etc.
Most immigration lawyers will tell you time is on your side for many law conditionals but for what? You trade 10 years of being out of status for what? Nothing, you get nothing unless you fill many other conditions and even so the current law just doesn't benefit the illegal immigrant.
You get a 10 year ban, who cares? 10 years is nothing while you building and making a life for yourself. Go get a degree, get married, get to drive a car freely with your own DL. Being here out of status is like being on a home arrest if you don't have car, you outcast yourself from your friends because of your status, you can't get a decent job, etc.
My two cents: Just leave now!
