May I ask how you came to this conclusion?
They should strip the military component off the DA and vote for the education part only. Let's see how many votes it garners. The military component is the only enticing option FOR the American public to support this dead legislation, without it it'll just basically be a handout ( Whether you elitist maniacs like it or not ) We went to college to improve ourselves get a high paying job, NOT to solely help the American people (Biggest BS).
The ARMS Act may be a bad written bill but it's a start. A Military stand alone DA ( Durbin's Specs) would probably pass without much opposition.
