Me and my family moved from The Netherlands and came to the United States back in 97 on a E-2 workers visa after we lost our dairy business we could not renew our visas. We had no choice but to the stay here there is no life back in our home country. The question i have is i married back in September 2010 to a girl i loved deeply didn't marry just to get legal here. After 7 months she confessed of having an affair the last 5 months. She left in April 2011. Right before she left we were getting ready to contact immigration and getting started on the whole process of getting a green card. We are still married to this day haven't gotten divorced yet. Can i still apply for a green card??
