Actually from what I understand there should be no mention of legally staying. What we are getting is a "turn the other cheek" at the fact that we are undocumented. So we cannot be deported for being here without documents unless we become a menace to society or something and then at any point in time it can be taken away like Ianus said.

So I know I'm being redundant, but it is not the equivalent of legal status and it makes me a little mad that you say that because we are fighting to be here permanently not just to have licenses and work!!
