I live in Connecticut and we are required to show at least one form of identification from this list:

PRIMARY LIST
• US Birth Certificate or Registration of Birth (Government Issued; Hospital issued are not acceptable)
• US Passport or Passport Card
• Foreign Passport w/ a U.S. Visa and I-94 (See Legal Presence for additional requirements)
• Certificate of Naturalization
• Certificate of Citizenship
• Permanent Resident Card
• Consular Report of Birth Abroad

I don't think any dreamers living in CT will be able to apply. Hopefully they will change these requirements.

Edit: Never mind we can apply, it says on the primary list: (See Legal Presence for additional requirements). Under that list there is an employment authorization card that we can show.
