NJ DMV is explicit that you NEED to have a transcript that goes with the ID card.

I have the ID card, but my transcript shows my graduation date.

That might cost money that I might not have... I'll look into it though since I'm not sure what type of requirements that they have about entering in (I've already graduated with my bachelor's).
