Hello do you guys think STARS ACT has a chance of passing, and if so by when? Im just asking for your thoughts of it passing and if so by when? I know nobody has a certain answer, but just a guess.

Also I know what many people in this forum think about the bill, but I'm a perfect candidate, better something then nothing.
