I was going to do that for my bank statements. It will cut down on paper, but not sure if single sided is preferred for things like this.

And before anyone asks, YES I read the directions and it doesn't specify

Okay, I need to put this in the original post lest other people get at me for asking this question.

Doing double sided will cut down on the amount of paper that USCIS would have to SIFT through when doing MY APPLICATION. Instead of sending a 130 PAGES of bank statements which is ALL I HAVE because I graduated COLLEGE in 2008, I want to double side print them ALL so I send 75 pages thereby making my package more streamlined and less burdensome.

HOWEVER, I do not KNOW if this is a GOOD idea because USCIS does not state whether or not double sided copies of anything are unacceptable.

Cutting down on paper is NOT because of COSTS of printing THE PAPER. I repeat, I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COST OF PRINTING.

I CARE about making sure that I don't send so much paperwork that my application is one large lump of coal.

I also CALLED THE HOTLINE already and they said to talk to a lawyer which was not helpful at all.

Thank you.
