Here's what my lawyer put down for us (I'm in high school still).
Income: 0
Expenses: 12k
Assets: 0

Then he wrote in the bottom something like that i needed to work because I'll be going to college soon and that would cause incurring debt. I don't nearly cause 12k to my parents but this can be made true if you had like monthly expenses such as (these are estimates): xbox live ($15), tv/internet/phone ($120), food ($100), recreation ($100), clothes ($50), medical conditions expenses or something ($200 and beyond), etc.

Btw, i hope to hell our lawyer submitted enough evidence for us because he didn't use all of the report cards and used none of the certificates i had throughout 5th to 10th. He seemed like a good lawyer and he was also handling like 4 other deferred action cases.
