The odd thing is that I am getting it from the USCIS webpage. The link that is on the page for childhood arrivals.
I think it might have to do something with my browser or adobe version.
Can someone link me up please?
Also, I do have revisions 8/15/2012 for the actual I-745 and I-745WS forms. Just not the instructions
It is quite strange.
