A) Approximately how many pages was your package? mine was very short and simple. I got 6 pages of the I 821D application, as did everyone else, the I 765, and the I 765 worksheet, a copy of my passport, 2 pages of my middle/high school transcript, and 2 picture IDs of me from middle school 2007 - 2008, and 2008 - 2009 , and the g 1145 notification - approximately 12 pages! i know little =] but it was straight to the point...
B) Did you use a folder or hole punched anything? no, I didnt, I just clipped 3 segments together - the 821D, work authorization, and my proof
C) Was your application typed or handwritten? typed
D) Did you use a check or money order? money order for 46 5$
E) Did you send 2 passport photos? yes I did, I got them done last minute

I have also received my I 797c in the mail, now i'm just patiently awaiting biometrics.
