Are you able to go into the lawyers office and ask in person? That's probably what I would do. Tell them that they don't have to give you the tracking number, but if they could at least track it for you and let you know if it says it was delivered or not? I hope I don't end up frustrated like you. I didn't receive a tracking number from my lawyer either and am hoping that it really got sent out when they said they did.
