My brother married a us citizen they already had turn in his application and everything he had already gotten the letter to leave to Mexico for pardon he was suppost to leave in October I believe and had no idea how long he was gonna b down there he was soo worried because they sometimes like to make u wait years or months to get the interview down in mexico but than they passed that daca thing his lawyer put a stop to hiS application and send out his daca application ones my brother get his work permit and stuff from daca all the physicals n pardon will b done her the lawyer said .. He still has to leave and come back legally but he will already have the physical n pardon and everything done here .. So he will only will leave to come back legally hope this made sence n I hope it helped someone out ..
