I know, man! I saw a couple of people who had their Vermont cases approved and I was surprised that you weren't one of them considering that you submitted your case early and walked in soon after you got your notice. Adjudicators do not switch cases among themselves and since you submitted your case early you probably got a very noobish one reviewing your stuff.
