You guys have to find out a way to get in-state tuition. I live in a State that is very conservative and does not give in-state tuition to people that are not here legally, buy I figured out a way around it. I posted this elsewhere, maybe you can do a similar thing where you live?

Idaho does not give in-state tuition, but I found out about a way to get through that restriction. Every college has an Affidavit of Residency available in their website, everyone has to submit that even if you were born here.

I filled mine out, let the SSN blank, and just simply stated that I have been residing in my county for 12 consecutive months. I sent it in, and it got rejected. They asked for proof (bills, tax returns, etc.) so I sent that, they sent it back with another rejection. So I talked to a teacher in my high school (I was doing College Credit in High School) and he recommended I go talk to the County judge. I took it to the County judge in the court, and she signed it without questions.

I used that same accepted Affidavit to get in-state tuition in the college that I'm currently attending. Maybe this only works in small counties?
