I was most nervous about having sent my tax returns but thankfully it all worked out. My tax returns just had my tax id number and I didn't submit W2's. I also wrote in more income than expenses on my I-765 worksheet and that didn't end up being a problem either. Those were the two issues I was really nervous about.

Other than that I have no criminal history, graduated with my bachelors in bilingual education back in 2007, and am back in school now enrolled in a Dietetics Technician program. I'm so happy I will get to do my practicum with a valid EAD next semester... just in case somebody wants to hire me during that time!! This is just too exciting. I can finally say goodbye to my waitressing job of the past 4 years.
