Only difference was my income, I have an income and she didnt so she put $0.00. we did biometrics the same day (sept. 20th) and I got my EAD card and DACA approval letter on friday October 5th, (my status on the USCIS website is still under initial review for DACA), so things dont change accurately, and unfortunately for my sister her status for both DACA and EAD are both still in initial review.

Perhaps there is a pattern here, USCIS is giving priority to dreamers who are already in the market. My son is still in high school and in his application has zero income but he notated his need to get EAD to work to be able to go to college. He had his Biometrics taken on 09/20/2012 and his case status online is still under initial review as well
