EWI.. Ok did u come in barely around the 5-year cut-off date? Or like did u come here like right before ur 16th birthday or something?..

Most RFE's so far have been EWI.. 3 of which were to prove their presence between 2007-2008 (but then again they were from Mexico and lived in a border state (Cali).. 1 or 2 were to prove something stupid that they had already sent and the agents just overlooked it.. So they just resent them along with a couple more evidence and maybe an affidavit (if they actually listened to me)... And 1 was pretty shocking.. He had to prove his presence from June 2007-September 2007 (he was EWI and didn't have anything to send for those months the first time. Then he ended up sending some things from a couple of months BEFORE those dates (along with an affidavit) and it was accepted..) but bottom line.. Dunwurry boutitt I absolutely POSSITIVE it's gonna be something small..

Nuffin weird.. I just have a section in my phone where I saved all the RFE's and their reasons.. This was before I was approved.. What a relief!! I just wanted to be prepared for the worse.. But always expected the best keep ya head up..
