What if they ask you during the interview or during HR process what kind of visa that I hold? I can show them the social security card and the work permit card but what if they ask about my status? What would you say or rather what should we say that's still honest but doesn't fully give our DACA status away?
I will be applying for hospital jobs (nursing) so I have a feeling this question will arise and I don't think explaining my full DACA situation will be helpful in the hiring process. However, I do want to be honest.

I am an RN too and on hospital applications they usually ask if you can provide proof of lawful ability to work in the U.S. and that's it. Just click that! after you get hired, they usually send u to HR where u show them ur documentation (SSN, ead, gc, etc.)
