1 - I-797C for Biometrics Appointment

1 - I-797 for Decision of I-821D
or
1 - I-797E for Request For Additional Evidence
or
1 - I-797C for an Interview at your local USCIS Office
You get your EAD in the mail after all this if your case is approved.

1 - I-797D with EAD on the left hand side.
