so I called USCIS to make sure nothing was wrong. This is what they told me. The letter was a mistake. I asked the officer how long should i wait to get some kind of response. He ask me to hold and told me another month or month and half..... So if you did your bio sept 28th your application is being process in VT this is what they are telling ppl. I hope i get approved sooner. Good luck everyone
