i received my ead on 10/22/2012 with the same error i had called to get fixed on 09/24/2012 the only thing that differs from this posts is that one they typed my first name twice and the mistake was only done on my I765 receipt, I765 approval, and my ead card, also the lady told me she'd expedite my case and if i didn't hear anything in 5 days to call them again
