just called USCIS. because I could not see any updates on my case online.

They routed me to another call and the guy said that there's too many people calling so requesting case status updates would only slow down the process.

but he said that the norm wait period should be 75 days from when they received your app. If it hits 90 days, then it's too long and you should call.
