Update: Today I went to the Santa Ana office to check on my status.... This time I got a nice male representative. He checked my status and told me that I was verified long time ago..... WTF.... apparently my initial instinct was correct... the female representative was just being a dick... I asked for the number printout, but he said that he cannot printout the number in this office due to security reasons... I think that was another bs, but I was so happy to hear the good news so I just figured I'd go to the Mission Viejo office... and then the lady who initially worked on my app passed by and saw me and I gave her a nasty look... I calmed down and went to the Mission Viejo office. Got printout in 10 min... the line wasn't even long because no one is there... Went to nearby DMV, took the permit test and passed. DMV line was rather long (2 hours), because I didn't set up an appointment....

Next week is my behind the wheel test!
