Just got my DL a few hours ago from a different DMV. Everything went smoothly, unlike my experience yesterday at a different DMV. They just took my EAC, SSN card and two bills. They didn't give me any hard time about the documents AT ALL and I was not asked to show the I-797 notice. I would highly recommend this DMV to anyone.

The staff are VERY friendly and they seem to be very well organized. They're also open on Saturdays which is why I ended up going there. It was a little far from my home but the trip there was definitely worth it.
