Hey I know vermont is taking long but just be a little more patient. my sister and brother who had vermont and and bio on the same day as you. sept 20 got a response last week. sister got approved and brother got rfe. my bio was sept 21 in vermont also and im still waiting too. apparently it takes a couple of weeks to go through two days of biometrics lol, but soon enough my friend
