Okay i called uscis today and got transfered to a level 2 officer and i mentioned to her how much status kept on changing from CP to PDA then CP to PDA again.

Simply she just asked me about my birthday and last name. Shen then told me that usps picked it up today and gave me a tracking number.

My status on i765 still on PDA. But at least i know now where my card is
