I actually confirmed almost 2 weeks ago that this was a myth. Info didnt even come from a ISO tier 2...it came from someone HIGHER!! (my relative who spoke said the person told him that they 'mistakenly' transferred it to him but he'll answer questions anyways). Sure, you can hide the fact that you did the 821d, but once it gets higher up to tier 2, it will be reviewed and the supervisor will deny it .

What JJ GLO is saying is 100% spot on. So why didnt i make my own thread telling everyone? Because no matter what i say or anyone says, once people hear something small rumor on this forum they go crazy. Even though noone will benefit from calling and will actually get expedited (getting a reference number doesnt mean youre expedited...it means they will look into the matter which will get denied 100%, even if sandy ate your house and left you pieces of shingles) you guys will still call no matter what due to a lack of patience.
