Hey guys just wanted to know if you think i qualify for daca, ewi at age 8 left to mexico at age 13, than came back ewi already WAS 16 YEARS OLD and have been here ever since, i am now 23, no criminal record, just driving with out license. Im just worried that i left and when i came back i was already 16, my lawyer said i was fine but i wanted a second opinion.
