ALSO I didnt have my own cell phone then, i was under family plan. It seems all my life started in 2008. Job, Banks, Credit Cards, Cells, School Loans, School, Condo... fuck my life.

Maybe you can send your transcripts again plus some affidavits from some of your teachers, were you involved in any clubs or anything like that at school?? That might be helpful...I know someone here got RFEd and they were asking for pretty much the same thing (even though that person sent the transcripts just like you did) and it seems that the adjudicator somehow didn't see them?? Stupid I know, anyways that person sent the transcripts and he/she was approved after that...good luck
