I already did my backup plan. Scheduled a second info pass, Also made a request over the phone for the officer to check my case & hopefully send the card into productions.

If that doesn't work then my attorney will get involved. Lucky they have given me a lot of pointers and have been very professional, I don't mind sharing with you guys if you need anything. I will keep posting and fighting until I get my damn EAD!
