Another thing, USCIS told you to send the EAD back with the approval notice... I never received an approval notice for my EAD. I only received the EAD mailer (where the EAD was attached) and my DACA approval letter.
My brother received all three though (EAD approval letter, DACA approval letter, and EAD mailer).
I wonder if this is going to affect me  ! |
Could you please post a picture of what the EAD approval letter looks like? My sister also only received the paper attached with the EAD card, and some small piece of paper with general information about EAD and advance paroles, etc. No letter about approval of EAD.
BY THE WAY, update regarding my sister's typographical error:
Even though I did not visit one of the USCIS office through InfoPass, USCIS fixed the typographical errors on both the EAD and the i821D approval letter (Though EAD only has middle initial).
What I did:
Called them and told them about the error. They gave me two REF numbers for i821D and for i797 or whatever.
Then, about a week or two later, I received two mails regarding the typographical errors, and how they would review the error at processing time/at the end.
