I am applying for a CA DL and have a DL from a different state. Anybody know if we need any proof of residency, like bills and etc? been searching the ca dmv site and the ca dmv dot org site and they're not saying anything about bringing any proof of residency. So.. Out of state DL or EAD and SSN are all they need right?
