I called them monday (nov. 26) and the guy told me to expect something in 2-3 days. Which would be ..tomorrow. He said they had record that I reported the problem since the 8th.... but they still hadn't gotten to my letter/notice. This last guy I talked to seemed a little smarter
than the others.
